About Jeff Mosby
Grey Ghost Graphics is owned and operated by master leather artist Jeff Mosby of Myrtle Beach, SC. He has taught classes across the United States and has served as a judge in numerous leather competitions. Jeff has been carving leather and selling his work to the public since 1988.
Jeff is originally from Fountain Valley, CA but relocated to South Carolina in 1989. His shop is located in Myrtle Beach, SC just down the road from the intercoastal waterway.
Jeff acquired his first laser in 2005 to help with his inlay work. He soon realized that he could produce a lower cost, high quality leather stamp made of Delrin. While he didn’t invent the concept, it is accurate to say that he has taken it to the next level in terms of quality and customer service.
In addition to his leather endeavors Jeff is also a master inlay artist. He has done work for Paul Reed Smith Guitars, C.F. Martin, Knaggs Guitars and Kamaka Ukulele. His work has graced the covers and pages of calendars, national magazine ads and the guitars of many celebrity clients including Carlos Santana, John McLaughlin, Pat Travers, Barry Williams, Stephen Bishop, Jorma Kaukonen and Brad Paisley (his strap now resides in the Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, TN).
